Along with the installation of any new or used Hoshizaki ice machine, it is highly recommended that a Everpure water filtration system is included.  With ice machines, 90% of the problems that occur are water related.  Rarely ever are the problems that do arise with ice makers are anything else other than water related.  For that fact, this is why we insist the installation of a Everpure water filtration system with every installation.
